Emma joined Vehicle Constituting Group in 2020 as the Operations Team Leader. Before that, Emma spent several years in a dealership environment, starting out in fleet administration before moving into sales—experience that gave her a strong understanding of both backend operations and customer service.
After returning from maternity leave in early 2025, Emma transitioned into the Financial Operations Lead role.
