As required by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), we are providing to you

important information relating to our status, the processing fee we charge and our cancellation charges.

Vehicle Consulting Group Limited is a credit broker, not a lender.

We charge a processing fee of £299.99 plus VAT for our brokering services. This represents the costs incurred in ordering your vehicle with our nominated supplying dealer. This fee is payable by debit or credit card or by BACs payment and is taken once finance approval has been received.

We may also charge a fee for cancellation of our brokering services as set out in our Terms and Conditions. This does not affect your right to cancel your finance agreement within any cooling off period.

In accordance with the Distance Marketing Directive, private individuals, sole traders and small partnerships have the right to cancel within 14 calendar days from the date you place the order online or “accept” our quotation via email.  For orders cancelled after 14 days, a cancellation fee of 3 months rental will be payable to cover all costs and expenses incurred in arranging the credit hire agreement.

By signing the order form, you are confirming that you understand and agree to the terms of this information notice. Please note, any undue delays in receiving the order confirmation may impact on the finance rental rates quoted.
