Vehicle Consulting Group are thrilled to announce the appointment of Gareth Richards as Commercial & Operations Director.
Richards joined Vehicle Consulting Group as Business Consultant back in Autumn 2020, from his previous role as Global HR Talent Project Manager at GE Healthcare.
Having gained extensive leadership experience across multiple industries, functions and geographies within the GE conglomerate, Richards is particularly accomplished in project management and business transformation.
As a result, since his inception with the company, Richards has played the principal role within the senior leadership team for organisational change, process optimisation, simplification as well as systems and software implementation. Further to this, Richards played an instrumental role in our recent rebrand and website launch, overseeing and coordinating the development.
Following the impressive and tangible improvements the business has already enjoyed since his arrival as a consultant, Richards in his new role as a strategic director will be tasked with the ongoing growth and development of the business.
His leadership will cover all commercial and operational functions of both the Vehicle Consulting and Car Leasing People brands, as well as forging new and sustaining Vehicle Consulting Group’s existing long-established relationships with manufacturers, dealers and customers alike.
With Richards spearheading the business along with Managing Director – Lee Wolstenholme, Vehicle Consulting Group enters an exciting new chapter of prosperity through 2021 and beyond.
