Vehicle Consulting Group Limited is a credit broker and not a lender.

Vehicle Consulting Group Ltd (VCG) is permitted by the FCA to carry out credit broking, debt adjusting (limited to settlement of vehicle finance) and debt counselling (limited to settlement of vehicle finance).

Credit Broking – The services we provide:

Vehicle Consulting Group Ltd will provide you with general information relating to finance products, we will also provide you with details from a range of lenders which are most appropriate for your requirements for funding. In order for us to assess your needs comprehensively, we may look to obtain information from you which we feel is relevant. This may include but is not exclusive to, details regarding your personal circumstances and what you are looking to achieve from the lease, this will enable us to then identify the best possible finance solutions applicable to you.

Finance Products – Selection Process:

As a broker regulated by the FCA, we will look to introduce you to an extensive range of funding partners who we believe will be able to help you finance your vehicle and provide you with other additional products/services, to include vehicle servicing and maintenance packages.

We are likely to receive a commission or other benefits from one of our finance providers should you choose to enter into an agreement with them because of our introduction or, where circumstances require, we may receive a fee from another credit broker to whom we refer you should we be unable to arrange funding for you. These fees will be reflected in the monthly rental that you pay for your new vehicle. The amount of commission received can vary depending on the funder selected, the specific terms of the agreement and based on other related criteria, which may include customer satisfaction and volume of sales, which some of our funders may choose to pay us. Vehicle Consulting Group will only offer you products which we feel will best suit your personal circumstances. We will not refer you to anyone outside of a carefully chosen list of finance houses, without your prior consent. A list of the suppliers who provide our finance and maintenance products is available upon request. The additional products and services available are optional and will, on most occasions only be offered if it is felt relevant, or as indicated as mandatory by the finance provider.

Charges for our credit broking services:

Vehicle Consulting Group Ltd charges fees for our credit broking services.

Processing Fee – We charge a processing fee of £299.99 Ex. VAT. The processing fee is a broker fee charged by Vehicle Consulting Group for the service we provide, it represents the costs we incur from arranging the transaction. It covers assisting in arranging the finance and the ordering and organisation of the delivery of the vehicle. This processing fee is payable online using debit or credit card or by BACs payment and is taken once finance acceptance has been obtained from the relevant funder. Payment by cheque is available upon request.

Novation Fee for Regulated Agreements – Under certain circumstances and subject to the lending policy for the funder used for your agreement, it may be possible to transfer an agreement for a private individual, sole trader, or small partnership. Vehicle Consulting Group Ltd will charge a fee equivalent to three months rental for the agreement being transferred. This fee is charged subject to acceptance by the funder. There may be additional charges levied by the funder, which we will make you aware of in advance of you proceeding with a transfer of hirer. This processing fee is payable online using debit or credit card or by BACs payment and is taken once finance acceptance has been obtained from the relevant funder. Novation Fee for Non-Regulated Agreements – Under certain circumstances and subject to the lending policy for the funder used for your agreement, it may be possible to transfer an agreement for a Limited Company, LLP and Large partnership. Vehicle Consulting Group Ltd will charge a fee equivalent to three months rental for the agreement being transferred. This fee is charged subject to acceptance by the funder. There may be additional charges levied by the funder, which we will make you aware of in advance of you proceeding with a transfer of hirer. This processing fee is payable online using debit or credit card or by BACs payment and is taken once finance acceptance has been obtained from the relevant funder. Contract Mileage Amendments – During the life of the agreement and subject to approval by the funder, it may be possible for you to amend the total mileage on the agreement. Vehicle Consulting Group does not charge you for this service, any costs applied by the funder. Please speak to your Account Manager for more information.

Contract Extension – At the end of the initial rental period and subject to approval by the funder, you may be able to formally extend your contract. Vehicle Consulting Group Ltd does not charge for this service. Please speak to your Account Manager for more information.
